Sr. UX Designer - GTM (Remote)
We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer at a large, global B2B Software company. This role will be responsible for accelerating the success of the GTM organization by leading the design and implementation of intuitive, user-centered solutions. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of applying innovative design thinking to complex user experience and service design challenges
This is a 6-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week, remote in the US. The employee is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and a 401 (k) are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with UX Leads, Technical Product Management, Strategy, and Engineering to understand product requirements and turn them into effortless, high-quality user experiences
- Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, business analysts, change management leaders, and software engineers to enable the design process, inspire productive dialog, and drive a user-centered mindset.
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation for product and process improvements.
- Produce design deliverables, including user flows, process flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, service blueprints, documentation of the results of design-related meetings, and annotations and documentation for design deliverables.
Requirements:
- Have proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, including user experience design of complex applications.
- Be a critical thinker and problem-solver who considers various perspectives and integrates business acumen with user-centered design - being proactive and thinking outside of what is expected will go a long way.
- Be an effective communicator and storyteller, skilled at sharing insights and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, with the ability to influence and advocate for design decisions across various stakeholder groups.
- Apply design methodologies to understand user needs, identify pain points, and develop and drive innovative solutions that swiftly address intricate customer and business needs.
- Have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review user research results.
- Possess an understanding of what is reasonably possible to achieve within the boundaries of 3rd party tools and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Compensation: $60/hr - $64,29/hr
