Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce architect with a strong background in configuration and customization. The ideal candidate should possess exemplary debugging skills, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Salesforce architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in sales, service, and CPQ and the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Design and Customization:

Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.

Hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce features, ensuring optimal system performance.
Integration Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for connecting Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

Evaluate business requirements to design efficient and scalable integration solutions.
API Development and Management:

Create and manage API’s for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Implement best practices for API development, versioning, and security.
Debugging and Issue Resolution:

Demonstrate exemplary debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Work collaboratively with development teams to address and fix bugs in a timely manner.
Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and address concerns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project life-cycle.
Client Meetings and Requirements Gathering:

Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and requirements.

Groom user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Certifications:

Possess relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or similar.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce architect with a focus on sales, service, and CPQ.
