Finatal are looking for an experienced interim CFO who has experience with international SaaS platforms to work within a scaling European portfolio, backed by an established mid-market fund with aggressive growth plans. This is one of their first platform deals and as such finding the correct management team quickly is of utmost importance to the investors. They are currently £100m revenue, but seeking to grow and you’ll work closely with the highly knowledgeable board and skilled CEO who has a track record of successful international expansion. As they look to continue their growing multinational presence, you’ll be able to work across Europe, driving legacy integration and cost-out via synergies, as well as enhancing FP&A across the business.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- International SaaS businesses
- Working in a leveraged environment alongside investors
- Building out world class finance functions, particularly FP&A
- Leading M&A and integration
- Synergy realisation and cost-out
