Finatal are working with a mid-market investor who are about to acquire a multisite healthcare business and require a strong interim CFO with to assist them with post deal professionalisation. You’ll be based in London with travel to the sites required initially and one of your first tasks will be to restructure the finance function and implement real financial rigour in order to drive financial performance improvements and provide complete reporting to the board. You will be focused on creating the first board pack as well as creating a robust FP&A function.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in;
- Creating PE-level board packs
- Working in leveraged environments
- Multi-site healthcare
- Building out FP&A functions
- ACA Qualified
