A FCA regulated FS asset is seeking an Interim CFO to bring stability to the board as the business has grown substantially over the last couple of months.
They are currently £500ml AUM.
They are looking at an Interim CFO who can help lead on all strategic, M&A and integration across the group.
Experience:
- Must have been in a FCA / regulatory environment as a number 1, CFO
- Experience if operating in a M&A / Integration business
- Strong emphasis on transformation of the finance function
- Delivery on the monthly board meetings, leading those and give direction
- Need to be hands on as its a small team in place currently however, will grow
Previous FS experience. Growth experience and a prover operator at this level.
Looking for someone with size and scale but also willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
