Finatal are working with a leading large-cap investor who are about to acquire a recently carved out fintech business with £250m t/o. They require an interim Group CFO with a strong track record in fintech to build out the systems, processes, and controls for the standalone, as well as spearheading growth strategy and value creation in this critical stage. You’ll be working closely with the SLT and PE investors and based in the UK.
You’ll have a strong track record in:
- Accounting background
- Financial technology
- Highly leveraged environments
- Establishing/professionalising international finance functions
