About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a global organization. This executive role requires expertise in financial restructuring, strategic planning, and global compliance, with a strong focus on growth and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an international finance team in a shared services setup.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Optimize capital structure, debt, and equity financing to support growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators.
- Drive financial process improvements and restructuring on a global scale.

Key Qualifications
🔹Proven CFO experience or a senior financial leadership role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
