Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving business growth. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services and corporate finance, capable of guiding our financial planning and analysis efforts while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead the finance team in managing cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize financial performance while minimizing risk.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide insights on financial performance to the executive team and board of directors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team through effective leadership and mentorship.

Pay: $132,308.00-$143,292.00 per year
