Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving business growth. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services and corporate finance, capable of guiding our financial planning and analysis efforts while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead the finance team in managing cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives and drive sales growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize financial performance while minimizing risk.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
Provide insights on financial performance to the executive team and board of directors to inform strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team through effective leadership and mentorship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $132,308.00-$143,292.00 per year
