Responsibilities:
1) Legal suits :-
· Lawsuit Oversight and Case Management
· Liasoning with Advocates for ongoing Legal cases with the Customers, vendors & statutory depts.
Total 07 Nos. cases are under process at present
2) Name change process for Windmills:-
- Name Change process with State Govt. of Windmills in Power Purchase Agreements,
- From SEIL to SEPL and from SEPL to SUIL,
- Liasoning with concern State govt. departments like KREDEL, BESCOM, RRECL, RUVNL, etc.
- BESCOM (Bangalore) & RUVNL (Rajasthan)
3) Carbon Credit
- Providing documents / data to the agency defined by the management for such projects like Solar plants, Windmills at J’lmer & B’lore, Boilers & ETP.
4) Data to V.P. (Operations)
- A single point of contact for giving plant related data / information to him of any department,
Providing documents / details as per his requirements & formats.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
