Job Description:
* To provide strategic directions and appropriate decision – making support to the overall business including M&A, tolling, co-pacing and licensees Business Partnering with Business units (COO) on Financial, Operational and Commercial Matters
* To Develop and implement the commercial and Business Finance strategy
* To control C&F operations, credit control and domestic pricing, review of products & markets, Debtors Management and Cash flow
* To ensure all compliances – Internal and External / Maintaining Right to operate segment
* Treasury and cash management incl. investments
* Forex incl. Import and Export, Working capital Mgmt
* Capex Investments, Book Closing and audits-statutory, tax, cost and internal audit
