Role: Sales Operations Analyst (Contractor, 6-month duration, UK - Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution tasks for communication partnerships (onboarding, MDF, partner payouts, etc.).
- Resolve support tickets and partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize and streamline partner communications (surveys, marketing updates, product info).
- Work with Engineering/Product teams to resolve technical partner issues.
- Be the main contact for operational and sales-related issues with partners.
- Handle operational tasks in Salesforce (deal logging, tracking discounts/incentives).
Non-negotiable Experience:
- Minimum of 2- 4 years in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner operations, or project management.
- Cross-functional collaboration and task prioritization.
- Experience with Salesforce Admin.
- Strong communication skills, particularly for senior-level reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Data handling and analysis experience.
