Job Overview
This position will maintain and communicate procedures to staff, provide financial updates and guide associates in HR related matters.
Duties
- Provide accurate, timely, financial information using QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Maintains current instructional, informational manuals to include HR Policies, HR Procedures, Financial Procedures and the Operations Manual.
- Provides guidance to staff on HR related situations to build and maintain a healthy culture and working environment.
- Stays current on HR and Operations regulations to maintain the 501{c}3 status.
- Maintains personnel records, processing on-boarding or off-boarding, processes payroll utilizing the GUSTO software.
- Maintains record retention.
- Takes the lead in preparing and entering the annual budget with the team.
Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
- Working knowledge with QuickBooks Online.
- Organizational skills.
- Communication skills.
