Team size: Accounts and Finance team including direct reportees shall be about 15
employees.
Location: Anand, Gujarat
Key Skills:
Experience: 15+ years, and at least 3 years in a leading role as CFO
Qualifications: CA, CPA and MBA preferred

- Auto component manufacturing
Capabilities:
- Strong finance-based analytical skills.
- Experience in handling audits, cost reduction exercises, setting up and monitoring financial control systems.
- Experience and awareness of Mergers & Acquisitions, fund raising through private equity and capital markets and public listing.
- Expertise in valuation and management of inventory, receivables and working capital.
- Ability to engage with investors and organise investor meets.
- Should also be well versed in various types of taxation and legal compliance requirements.
- Should have the requisite communication skills to engage with external investors, bankers, legal advisors, financiers and internally with different operating teams.
