Position Overview: Revenue Manager
The Revenue Manger will serve as a strategic leader, working closely with both marketing and sales teams to implement data-driven initiatives that accelerate business growth. You will have a strong background in revenue generation, sales processes, and marketing strategies, along with a highly organized approach to execution. This role will report directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize sales and marketing alignment, focusing on driving revenue growth.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Maintaining day-to-day reports on a daily basis.
- Weekly meetings with the COO. Continuously evaluate and improve revenue-driving strategies and tactics, ensuring ROI and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication, processes, and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation, retention and conversion
- Work closely with marketing to develop compelling content, messaging, and offers that resonate with key audience segments.
- Develop and track performance metrics (KPI, OKR), and report on revenue impact across marketing and sales efforts.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster strong collaboration between departments.
- Analyze data to report on revenue performance and trends
- Develop sales teams to improve performance and revenue outcomes.
- Weekly meetings with third party digital marketing vendors
- Track employee performances and report to COO
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in driving revenue, particularly in marketing and sales leadership roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in sales and marketing analytics, with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth across various channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
