Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Sales and CPQ Cloud Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of Oracle CX Sales and CPQ solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle specialists to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-based sales and configure-price-quote (CPQ) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership:
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle CX Sales and CPQ cloud solutions.
- Ensure integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to streamline business processes.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and solution blueprints.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle CPQ and Oracle CX Sales modules.
- Provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and methodologies for Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, and operations) to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular design reviews and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support project planning, timeline estimation, and risk management.
- Mentor and lead junior architects and technical team members throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay current with Oracle CX and CPQ product developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record in implementing Oracle CX Sales, CPQ solutions, and integrations with other systems.
- Deep understanding of Oracle CX Cloud suite, CPQ configuration, and best practices in cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, integration techniques, and data migration strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods where Oracle CX and CPQ solutions have been deployed.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and CRM/CPQ best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security and compliance standards.
