Chief Financial Officer
We're delighted to be mandated on a brilliant new Chief Financial Officer opportunity. This experienced executive will be the key business partner to the CEO of a Private Equity backed professional services organisation.
The CEO of the business is an inspirational leader and has incredibly ambitious plans for the business. The newly hired CFO will guide the business through a really exciting period of transformation and M & A.
Key responsibilities:
- Business partner the CEO
- Key conduit between the CEO and the investment team
- Lead the business through the next cycle of growth and PE transaction
- Transform the group finance function
- Responsible for the group governance, audit, and financial risk
What we're looking for:
- A CFO who thrives in challenging situations
- An individual who has led a transaction on behalf of a private equity fund
- Led and integrated M & A
- Expert in talent; the hiring, developing and motivating of leaders
- Extensive cross functional experience
