Your Role as CFO
In this high-impact role, you will lead both financial and operational strategies, ensuring Max Distributing’s continued success and profitability.
Financial Leadership
- Spearhead strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive data-backed decisions.
- Implement systems for financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to support growth initiatives.
- Develop and enforce cost-control measures to enhance profitability without compromising operational efficiency.
- Lead risk management strategies, safeguarding the company’s assets and ensuring long-term financial stability.
- Oversee financial audits, compliance, and the implementation of best practices in all financial operations.
Human Resources Leadership
- Build and maintain a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee satisfaction.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years as a CFO or senior financial executive with demonstrated success in leading financial strategy and operations.
- Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- HR Leadership: Experience in overseeing HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, compliance, and team development.
- Innovative Thinker: Ability to identify and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Collaborative Leader: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems and advanced accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent).
