YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst – New Business to join our Revenue Operations team. This person will act as the right hand to the New Business and Alliances portion of our Sales Team composed of New Business Account Executives in the Enterprise and Commercial space, Partner Managers and act as a liaison to the Professional Services department as it relates to Sales Process. In this role, they will work closely to plan, develop, implement, and execute business processes and workflows, forecasting cadences, and monitoring compliance to the process. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a passion for operations while driving scalability, and the ability to deliver data-driven improvements in a fast-moving environment. A successful individual must be customer focused, business savvy, resourceful, and can deal with ambiguity while operating at scale.
- Act as a Business Partner to the Sales New Business leadership and Alliances leadership on all things related to their business.
- Drive Sales New Business territory planning and continued execution.
- Engage with Sales New Business Leadership to create processes and workflows across the expansion and renewal lifecycles.
- Ensure data integrity of Prospect Accounts, New Opportunities and tasks related to the lifecycle.
- Track operational performance, provide insights and recommendations.
- Own Redwood’s New Business AE QBR Process and execution.
- Own Redwood’s New Business and Alliances playbook and processes.
- Provide pipeline analysis with recommendations including Sales Accepted Opportunity reporting, closed lost/churn analysis, customer trends, etc.
- Drive New Business AE forecasting process along with Clari administration related to AEs.
- Assist in Quota assignment and compensation reporting.
- Drive Salesforce Data Hygiene as it relates to our prospect accounts.
- Ad-hoc and standard reporting and dashboards for the AE teams.
- Build relationships with various departments.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial support, or Finance role
- Must have experience as a sales operations business partner, or related function, with cross functional teams.
- Deep experience with account management operations and data strategy.
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to build relationships effectively across global teams.
- Proactive and willingness to dig in with little direction.
- Confidence in advocating for best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components, think through solutions, and communicate clearly to all departments/stakeholders.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
