We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Quote to Cash (Q2C) with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B and B2C Q2C business processes and experience in integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft or any ESB, as well as EDI processing tools like Sterling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Quote to Cash (Q2C) solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & CPQ and ERP system ( e.g. Oracle Fusion ERP).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize pricing, quoting, and order management processes for both B2B and B2C models.
- Lead CPQ configuration and customization efforts to support complex pricing and quoting needs.
- Ensure smooth integration between CRM, CPQ, and ERP using MuleSoft, or other ESB tools.
- Manage EDI processing workflows with tools like Sterling B2B Integrator for seamless B2B transactions.
- Define best practices for quote automation, contract management, and order orchestration.
- Lead architecture discussions, solution designs, and provide technical leadership for implementation teams.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Work closely with IT, sales, and finance teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in CPQ, CRM, ERP, and enterprise integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Expertise in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes for B2B and B2C industries.
2. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ.
3. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and its integration with CRM & CPQ.
4. Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, or any ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
5. EDI processing expertise, using tools like Sterling B2B Integrator, OpenText, or equivalent.
6. Proficiency in Pricing, Quoting, and Order Management workflows.
7. Experience in API design and data modeling for seamless connectivity between CRM, CPQ, and ERP.
8. Ability to lead solution architecture, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
9. Understanding of contract lifecycle management and subscription-based pricing models.
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working in a cross- functional global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for CRM extensions.
- Experience in working with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of Cloud-based integration platforms and microservices architecture.
