- Fund raising, PE/VC & IPO management
- Financial strategy, planning & analysis
- Capital structure, treasury & cash flow management
- Banking, debt raising & investor relations
- Compliance (India & Global)
- Team leadership & stakeholder management
Requirements:
- CA / MBA Finance (Big 4 experience preferred)
- Strong exposure to IPO, PE/VC funding & global finance
- Knowledge of BSE, NSE & multi-country taxation
- Willingness to travel Pan India & globally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
