Our client, a Series B SaaS firm, are hiring for a Director of Revenue Operations to play a key role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through data-driven insights and streamlined processes.
This position focuses on leveraging analytics to uncover revenue opportunities, enhance sales and marketing efficiency, and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at optimizing operations, removing obstacles in the sales funnel, and driving automation across revenue-generating functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks to enhance sales performance, minimize customer churn, and drive overall revenue growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define key business questions, design data-driven experiments, and generate actionable insights.
- Build and manage performance dashboards, providing visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates.
- Leverage predictive modelling to anticipate market trends, customer behavior, and sales opportunities.
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and enhance the technology stack across Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring the right tools are in place to drive efficiency.
- Develop and manage a structured Revenue Operations roadmap, setting priorities based on quantitative and qualitative business needs while tracking progress.
- Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership reviews and quarterly business updates.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging analytics trends, and advancements in revenue operations.
- Lead and mentor a Revenue Operations team, overseeing key areas such as sales compensation strategy, go-to-market (GTM) planning, and tech stack optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business strategy, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue strategies.
- Proven ability to drive business transformation through data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
