K2 Agri offers a unique, integrated approach to elevating the dairy industry and helping dairy farmers by:
- Supplying unique and innovative products from our global business partners, such as Hanskamp, that help solve the problems of the forward striving operator
- Providing independent tailored nutritional advice and business advice to a portfolio of leading dairy farmers
- Using our Dutch heritage we support European dairy farmers with premium service proposition around purchasing dairy farms in Australia through our business partner, Interfarms.
About the Role:
In this fast-paced environment, no two days will be the same. You’ll be the right hand to a highly successful entrepreneur, ensuring that business operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for an all-rounder who thrives on efficiency, variety and problem-solving who is looking for a challenge, autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a growing business.
Option of full-time or part-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional and Admin Support – Manage a calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Sales & Business Support – Assist with sales operations, client follow-ups, CRM updates, and preparing sales reports to help drive business growth.
- Basic Accounting – Handle invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation, and basic financial reporting using Xero.
- Communication & Project Management – Respond to emails and calls, liaise with key stakeholders and support ongoing projects.
- Travel Coordination – Plan and organize business travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Client Liaison – Be the point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer service.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of EA/PA/Sales Admin experience
- Fantastic organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping everything on track effortlessly
- Discretion & Trustworthiness – ability to handle sensitive business and personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Tech-Savviness – comfortable with Microsoft Office and the willingness to learn new technologies
- Sales & Customer Service Aptitude – a basic understanding of sales processes, client engagement and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset – ability to anticipate needs, show initiative, solve problems before they arise, and embrace change.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset—able to juggle competing demands with ease and work independently.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferable but not essential - you can learn on the job!
- Experience/exposure to agriculture or a strong understanding of farming operations is highly desirable.
