Join our innovative team as the Chief Sales Officer, where your expertise in capital markets and financial services, particularly in the DeFi sector, will make a significant impact. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to attract capital and enhance our project's visibility, focusing on the vibrant market of liquid restaking tokens. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge solutions, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and defining the company's strategy to reach a broader audience.
As the Chief Sales Officer, you will oversee team management, revenue growth, key account oversight, and the incorporation of customer insights into product development and business strategies. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in DeFi, along with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including custodians, asset managers, crypto hedge funds, liquidity providers, and commercial banks. You must possess the ability to engage and influence at the executive level, display an entrepreneurial spirit, and have in-depth knowledge of the staking and restaking landscape.
Preferred qualifications include experience with DeFi lending markets and exchanges, as well as a background in leading teams or initiatives. This position is fully remote, supporting a collaborative environment across time zones while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
