Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management/Business Operations
- 1 year experience with Cloud Technology – (Azure preferred, AWS GCP secondary)
- 2 years’ experience with stakeholder management, strong communication and presentation skills specifically with senior leadership
- Previous experience with deploying software within a company and understanding the development and change management cycles.
Plus:
- Experience working with external or client facing organizations
- PMP Certifications
- Previous MSFT Experience
Day to Day:
The purpose of the SCIM BizOps team is responsible for onboarding new processes and tools within the SCIM organization, specifically within Customer Support Services (CSS) for Microsoft's most valuable customers. They focus on security, identity, and management technologies in the cloud, such as Azure and Office 365. The team works internally to manage various programs related to tool improvement and adoption for support engineers, ensuring that the tools used by support engineers are continuously improved.
This role provides the opportunity to be involved in significant interaction within senior leadership and focus on improving internal tools and systems
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in a customer support organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with business representatives, management, engineering and support staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
