Business Operations Manager
Looking for a dynamic individual to oversee day to day activities of various departments to align teams, manage resources and systems, as well as optimize workflows to meet organizational goals. Our future Business Operations Manager must possess a blend of analytical, managerial, and communication skills to thrive in this multifaceted role.
Responsibilities:
- Manages purchasing, forecasting and inventory
- Manages and maintains various business systems & software
- Manages small team of individuals and day to day business operations
- Strives to create a positive work culture and nurtures relationships amongst the team
- Handles team concerns and feedback in a timely, neutral, and professional manner
- Conducts 1:1’s with team members to ensure that collaborative efforts/tasks remain on track
- Trains, coaches and develops new and existing team members
- Manages and maintains status of wholesale orders, records, data and supports sales team
- Find ways to improve business flow by implementing operational efficiencies
- Works closely with accounting manager and sales team to stay on track with budgeted sales goals
- Manages customer service channels to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supports and coordinates basic HR activities as well as create/improves policies and procedures
- Performs other duties requested or necessary to make the business run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Two or more years of experience in a leadership position including developing, training, planning, as well as people and program development
- Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required

- You are excellent at managing your time, a good problem solver, flexible, organized, and detail oriented, with strong organizational, multitasking abilities and a high sense of urgency
- You enjoy crunching data and are familiar with budgeting, financials, purchasing and inventory management
- You have proven your ability to plan strategically for the long and short-term
- You have experience using various systems, tools and software with a desire and aptitude to learn new systems
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc)
- Preferred experience with NetSuite or Equivalent ERP system

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
