Position Overview
We are looking for a GTM Marketing Associate to assist in executing marketing initiatives, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, creating promotional materials, managing website development, and overseeing ad placements. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a product’s journey—from market research to post-launch marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Competitive Analysis
- Assist the marketing team in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying customer needs.
- Compile and analyze competitor insights, including product strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Prepare market research reports to support strategic decision-making.
Product Optimization
- Participate in discussions on product positioning and core value proposition.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to optimize product features and user experience.
Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and Google Ads.
- Expand marketing channels and establish strategic partnerships.
Content Creation & Branding
- Write and optimize SEO content, ad copies, and social media posts to enhance brand presence.
- Develop marketing collateral, including promotional brochures, sales decks, and online assets.
Website Development & SEO
- Assist in website development using WordPress and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and performance.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, new media operations, market research, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, especially Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights from market research and data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads is a plus.
- Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and a fast-paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
