As the GTM Engineer, you will own the go-to-market operations tools, automations and workflows, working closely with stakeholders across teams to drive efficiency and productivity in our revenue infrastructure. You will be responsible for administering key GTM tools, ensuring data integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and customer lifecycle management.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, offering the opportunity to shape Traba’s revenue strategy and scale operations for long-term growth.
Find new ways to leverage AI in our go-to-market function to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies
Manage complex integrations across all go-to-market tools.
Integrate and automate workflows between tools driving projects like lead scoring and automated messaging.
Own Salesforce automation and administration, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Assist in setting up sales reporting, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Maintain documentation and best practices for tool usage and process efficiencies.
2+ years of expertise in Salesforce administration and flow building
Understand revenue operations issues and figure out how to build it within GTM tools to solve these problems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Google Tag Manager) or willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners
Interest in data-driven decision-making and process optimization

The compensation range for this position is set between $80,000 to $110,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
