We are seeking a highly capable, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with executive leadership in a complex, multi-entity environment.
This role requires a finance leader who operates comfortably at scale—bringing both strategic perspective and hands-on execution across core financial functions. The CFO will play a key role in driving financial discipline, supporting business performance, and ensuring the integrity of financial operations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategy
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and enterprise-level modeling
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across the organization
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage banking relationships and support capital planning activities
- Provide insights that drive operational and commercial decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating in high-revenue, high-volume environments
- Strong background in full financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Deep expertise in GAAP accounting and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to operate across complex, multi-entity structures
- Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail and execution
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
