We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, with a key focus on data analysis and its integration into revenue processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role will work closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing to analyze, optimize, and scale operational processes that directly impact business growth. You will leverage data-driven insights to streamline operations, support strategic decisions, and improve the overall revenue performance across sales and marketing functions.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Analysis
Lead data analysis initiatives across the revenue organization, ensuring that insights from sales, marketing, and customer success drive decision-making.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within the revenue cycle by analyzing pipeline data, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and other key metrics.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams based on data analysis, helping to optimize sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and overall revenue operations.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and analyze return on investment (ROI), attribution, and conversion data, adjusting strategies where necessary.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a significant emphasis on data analysis.
Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with strong proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization platforms (e.g., Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Bonus points for
Proficiency in SQL for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to create and manage advanced data visualizations.
In-depth understanding of SaaS revenue models, KPIs, and metrics such as ARR, LTV, and CAC.
Experience working with marketing attribution models and sales performance data.
