We are in an exciting phase of growth, expanding rapidly across Europe and internationally, with teams located in Munich, London, Nottingham, Stockholm, and Atlanta.
While we have regional offices, our vision is for our global sales teams to collaborate closely, sharing best practices and continually refining our sales strategy. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who want to join our global expansion efforts and support the establishment of our presence in Central and Eastern Europe, based out of our Munich office. Our Munich team will be responsible for Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
The role
As a Sales Operations Executive at Liberis, you'll be a key part of our growing Central and Eastern Europe team based in Munich, supporting our global sales function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in process improvement, data management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, we can also envision training a motivated individual with excellent language skills professionally.
Your main responsibilities in this role include:
- Supporting sales operations and processes by ensuring smooth lead management, tracking key sales metrics, and improving overall efficiency.
- Managing CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, keeping track of customer interactions and sales performance to support decision-making.
- Generating reports and insights to help monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and pipeline activity, supporting both the sales team and leadership.
- Acting as a key link between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a seamless experience and high conversion rates.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including product, partnerships, and marketing, to refine our offering and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Taking responsibility for improving processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Supporting market expansion efforts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with opportunities to assist in the DACH region, Italy, or Poland depending on language skills.

What we think you'll need
- Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, or process optimisation is desirable
- Fluent Czech and/or Slovak language skills, both spoken and written.
- Intermediate (as a minimum) German skills.
- Fluent English or Polish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and drive efficiency.
