The Compute Chipset Product Management team is part of QCT's Product Management organization. The team manages the Windows on Snapdragon portfolio; the portfolio includes all Snapdragon products used for laptops, notebooks, all-in-one devices, etc. compute devices. The team’s objective is to synthesize and prioritize technical requirements, establish an overall compute product and technology portfolio strategy and roadmap to enable QCT to maintain overall technology, product, and business leadership. Development of the compute products and technology portfolio considers technology evolution, standardization initiatives and partnerships, evolution in device related engineering and testing processes as well as market/product requirements, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Making decisions that are low to moderate in impact; errors may have minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships; errors may require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.
Must have the ability to review large amounts of data and understand multiple processes to aggregate into a streamlined process with well-defined roles and responsibilities.
Must be able to establish data governance and analysis protocol.
Must be able to clearly and concisely articulate complex material / large amount of data to people of varying disciplines / departments.
Must be able to clearly identify patterns, risks and constraints and take action to mitigate.
Completing tasks with multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.
Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.
Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required
Develop profound insights into the mobile / telecom industry and review market analysis for business and operation decisions

Required Competencies

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with Operations Management/Business Management tools such as tableau dashboards, excel, PowerPoint, Gantt charts, etc.
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
3+ years of experience with forecasting and inventory management
Experience in Data Analytics
Experience in Demand Management/Forecasting
Team leadership, Collaborative, Teamwork mindset
Proven organizational and planning skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of business operations or related experience.

OR

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.

Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits

$106,400.00 - $159,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
