Role OverviewWe are looking for a GTM Engineer to own and execute Go-To-Market motions across all SBUs. This role blends market entry, partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and CRM integration.
Key Responsibilitiesβ
Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Define and execute GTM motions for each SBU, identifying the right audience and maximizing engagement.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Implement scalable outreach strategies to attract high-intent users, track engagement metrics, and optimize conversion funnels.

Partnership & Market Expansion: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to expand reach and drive revenue.

Automation & CRM Management: Implement and manage HubSpot, and API-based workflows to optimize sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
β
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze engagement data, refine targeting, and optimize GTM strategies based on KPIs.
β
Cross-SBU Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies tailored to each SBU.

Campaign Execution & Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, pricing models, and positioning strategies to drive adoption.
What Weβre Looking Forβ Experience in GTM Strategy, Market Expansion, or Growth Engineering (1-3 years preferred)
β Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Google Analytics, etc.)
β Ability to drive high-impact lead generation and conversion strategies
β Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Healthcare (preferred but not mandatory)
β Technical proficiency in API integrations & workflow automation (a plus)
β Self-starter with an ownership mindset, able to drive execution independently
