The Opportunity
The Head of Digital Media Enterprise Business Operations, EMEA, will report to the VP of EMEA Digital Media Enterprise Sales. They will work closely with the EMEA Digital Media Enterprise Extended Leadership team to develop, manage and execute key initiatives and processes. The individual needs to possess excellent communication and program management skills, and strong business intuition. The ideal candidate will assess business needs, identify gaps in strategic operations and “connect the dots” between people and projects. This role will need leadership experience in cross-functional and collaborative work environments to ensure success in this dynamic, high-impact position.
What You’ll Do
- Support Adobe’s strategic business direction in alignment with Adobe's Core Values, driving positive progress of the overall EMEA Digital Media Enterprise vision and strategy.
- Support EMEA strategic planning – including the co-development and progress tracking of “big bets”, ensuring the global strategy is implemented across regional organizations.
- Lead EMEA specific projects and strategic initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion or appropriate handoff, including Executive Engagement programs, Business Value Selling and the transformation of the Go-To-Market.
- Own business performance insights relating to Strategic Priorities, by driving the review cadence for quarterly progress towards achievements, presentations to the EMEA LT communication updates.
- Be the primary owner for all exec review documents ensuring information is up to date, accessible and relevant.
- Lead EMEA Digital Media Enterprise leadership meeting agendas and offsite management to ensure desired outcomes are reached
- Support the VP of Digital Media Sales - and broader Digital Media leadership team - on prioritization and impact across key business initiatives
- Be a great business partner and build effective, trusting relationships across the organization
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in strategic operational roles, partnering with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and through tools like PowerPoint.
- Executive time management and organization.
- Extraordinary ability to program-manage across complex operations.
- Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details.
- Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
- Ability to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
- Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.
