Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy, the Regional Go-to-Market Manager is responsible to drive the short term profitable growth all portfolios for a his/hers specific Region, ensuring strategy is executed and optimized within the guardrails provided by the Sr Mgr Market Strategy & RGM. This person will ensure optimization and customization of the MAPPS (Merchandising, Assortment, Price, Promotion, Shelving) for the region. He/she will also be responsible for the monthly business review routines and deliverables providing insights and creating action plans as needed to deliver business objectives

Drive Category Growth through the development of Channel and Customer specific strategies that deliver on our commercial objectives and priorities as well as our customer strategies.
Sales Strategy owner and gatekeeper: in collaboration with sales andmarket strategy teams, define and track the execution of our key strategies, merchandising, assortment (listings) and distribution that will deliver on our yearly NS and EBIT regional targets.

Own the business review routines and deliverables providing insights and creating action plans as needed to deliver business objectives. Identify market trend, competition impact and white space analysis
Prepare monthly reviews for cross-functional team on promotional activities to ensure efficiencies of spend, volume generation and optimized ROI
Sales Execution Support – Develop and implement tools and processes to help unlock and unleash the full potential of our selling organization.
Collaborate with the insights team and build sell-in stories for customer presentations

Proactive work and recommendations to capitalize on pricing, promo, mix management, pack price architecture and portfolio optimization opportunities
Keep the pulse, assess, and inform of competitive pricing actions
Bring the regional voice of sales and needs through internal process such as innovation development, commercial planning

Lead regional monthly promo reviews with Sales and determine which promotions will be submitted to the customer(s)
Educate team on P&L levers and what is driving performance to help uncover areas of focus and to make the right decisions
Enable continuous RGM improvement through ways of working and tools

What you bring:
University Degree
8+ years CPG Experience in in Revenue Management, Sales, Account management, sales strategy, or finance with preference to Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Strong business analytics skills and able to develop key insights and action plans building pricing and promotionnal strategy
Financial acumen understanding impact on P&L
Strong communication skills both written and verbally with emphasis on being comfortable building and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations
Must enjoy working in systems and analysing data with solid working knowledge of Nielsen tools, Excel and Power BI

COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – ($88,146.00 - $114,072.00)
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
