About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Landing! This role will tackle cross-functional, high-impact projects to drive best business practices. Responsibilities include diagnosing root problems across the business, implementing process changes, and working with business leaders to improve our processes.

You’ll join a team of talented individuals who are building a startup to improve the way people live and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits.
What You'll Do:
- Tackle high-impact projects both within and across operations teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to increase transparency and drive operational excellence across the business
- Diagnose and remedy process inefficiencies across the business
- Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting on operational performance
- Partner with the business intelligence team to create clear dashboards highlighting team performance against goals for all key metrics
Example Projects:
- Installations: How can we coordinate mobile installation teams across multiple markets to streamline unit installations and reduce install timelines
- Field Operations:: How do we deliver exceptional service in subscale markets?
- Corporate Housing: How do we ensure consistent and accurate completion of quality inspection forms across 20 different corporate housing companies?
- Sales: How do we sign more partnerships?
What You Need:- Demonstrated experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
- Highly analytical ability, can leverage unorganized data into actionable insights
- Experience in cross-functional business roles
- Super written & verbal communication
- Certification(s) in project management, quality management, agile methodology, and/or Six Sigma preferred
