As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing together cross-functional teams across sales, business development, and service delivery to provide actionable insights and streamline revenue generation processes. You will be responsible for ensuring effective performance tracking, enhancing client onboarding experiences, and identifying opportunities to drive operational excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role (ideally within the Cyber market)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue recognition principles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus).
- Experience with time tracking, forecasting, staffing/resourcing, and/or security services delivery models (retainers, project-based work, managed services).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting UK/European sales teams is highly desirable.
