Hello! We're Teya.
Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.
At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.
We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.
We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.
We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.
Become a part of our story.
We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
Teya is looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Revenue Operations Specialist to support the execution of our go-to-market strategy for the UK Independent Sales Consultants (ISC) channel.
Reporting to the Operations Manager for the channel, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to help shape and deliver the channel strategy, with a particular focus on performance analytics and commercial execution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech scale-up and enjoys turning insight into action to drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
- Design, advise on, and implement go-to-market strategies across our five regional teams, including the creation and management of sales incentives aligned to product launches.
- Analyse sales funnels and individual seller performance, building and maintaining dashboards that surface key insights, trends, and opportunities.
- Present performance data and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the leadership team to support informed decision-making.
- Lead strategic, project-based initiatives that support commercial performance, such as fraud prevention efforts and seasonal analysis of ISC selling behaviour.
- Act as a point of escalation for ISC queries via phone and email, particularly in relation to weekly and monthly commission payments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Design, write, and optimise SQL queries to analyse revenue and sales data across the channel. Build and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and reduce manual operational effort.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid foundation of experience within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to analytics, revenue operations or sales operations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and models to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and enhance decision-making across revenue operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech scale-up or similarly dynamic environment, with the autonomy and confidence to take ownership of projects end to end.
- Strong data analysis skills, financial acumen and a passion for improving and automating workflows, processes and ways of working.
- A strategic thinker who combines analytical rigour with a practical, execution-focused mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience using HubSpot, particularly in building and managing dashboards, would be a strong advantage.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the performance of a critical sales channel, with real ownership, visibility, and impact in a growing fintech business.
