My client is a small but successful Cyber Security SaaS org, after a recent growth investment round they are in the next phase of scaling the business. The first hire they are keen to make is Revenue Operations, this will essentially be building the function from the ground up.
You'll have built a function previously, had ownership of CRM and tooling, also experienced speaking with Senior leaders to recommend data driven insights to drive the business forwards.

Requirements:
Revenue Strategy and Planning:
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop revenue strategies and goals aligned with overall business objectives.
· Conduct thorough market analysis and customer segmentation to identify revenue growth opportunities.
· Develop and implement pricing strategies and models to maximise profitability and customer value.
Sales Operations Management:
· Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal optimisation.
· Implement and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability.
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement sales enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
· Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue analytics and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyse revenue data to identify trends, forecast revenue performance, and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
· Design and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer success, and operations, to align revenue initiatives and drive operational excellence.
· Collaborate with finance team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
· Provide strategic guidance and support for the implementation of revenue management systems and tools.
