Position OverviewTransorze Solutions seeks a dynamic, results-obsessed Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to spearhead revenue growth, build scalable strategies, and take full ownership of sales, marketing, and business expansion. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Ownership & Revenue Leadership- Build end-to-end sales strategies from scratch, including market analysis, pricing models, and channel partnerships, to achieve 2X revenue growth for Transorze’s training programs (medical coding, digital marketing, vocational courses).
- Take full ownership of annual sales targets, P&L accountability, and profitability metrics.
- Identify and penetrate untapped markets (e.g., rural Kerala, Tier 2/3 cities, international corridors like UAE) through data-driven insights.
- Design aggressive incentive structures for the sales team to drive performance and accountability.
2. Dynamic Sales Execution- Lead from the front: Personally close high-value deals with institutions (colleges, NGOs, corporates), government bodies (NSDC, KSDC), and international partners.
- Build and mentor a high-energy sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Pioneer innovative sales models, such as subscription-based corporate training programs or franchise partnerships.
- Travel extensively (50–70% of the time) to meet clients, attend conferences, and establish Transorze’s presence in new regions.
3. Marketing & Digital Growth- Orchestrate omnichannel campaigns (digital ads, LinkedIn outreach, YouTube tutorials) to position Transorze as Kerala’s #1 skill training brand.
- Leverage SEO/SEM to dominate keywords like “medical coding courses in Kerala” or “100% placement training.”
- Collaborate with content teams to create viral success stories of Transorze alumni to boost credibility.
4. Stakeholder Relationships & Expansion- Forge partnerships with universities, IT parks, and multinational corporations (e.g., Infosys, Aster MIMS) for bulk enrollments and placement tie-ups.
- Represent Transorze at national/international skill summits, pitching to policymakers and investors.
- Negotiate government contracts for skilling schemes (e.g., PMKVY, state-funded programs).
5. Data-Driven Accountability- Implement CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track lead pipelines, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
- Deliver weekly performance dashboards to the CEO/board, highlighting gaps and corrective actions.
- Own KPIs: Monthly enrollment targets, cost per acquisition, customer retention, and ROI on marketing spend.
