We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a minimum of 3-5 years in a CFO role. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial management, investment banking, and strong proficiency in Zoho Books for managing financial operations. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities while ensuring the company’s financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long-term financial strategies.
- Manage investment banking relationships and ensure capital structure optimization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a CFO role or similar leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Books for financial management.
- Proven experience in investment banking and financial analysis.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
