Role overview:
As an RevOps Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations globally across all offices, including the US, UK, Germany, India, and Singapore. This position offers a unique opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You will work closely with multiple teams including sales, demand generation and leadership team, managing and optimizing processes that are vital to the company’s success as we scale rapidly.
Responsibilities
- CRM & Sales Operations Support – Maintain and optimize our CRM and reporting tools, manage pipeline accuracy, and support sales forecasting and quota tracking.
- Revenue Reporting & Analytics – Generate and manage sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Process & Efficiency Improvements – Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process optimizations, and support automation initiatives.
- Sales Commission Tracking & Payouts – Ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and timely payment of sales commissions across global teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align data, reporting, and revenue processes.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- High IQ and EQ.
- Love for tech and capitalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in demanding environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in operational tools (e.g., Deel, Ashby, Hubspot) or a fast learner with a willingness to adopt new platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- A problem solver who thrives in a global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Singapore citizen or PR. No visa sponsorship.
