This is not an executive assistant role—it’s a Founder’s Office position with significant responsibility in project execution, people management, and operational oversight. Varun Sogani is an entrepreneur, operator, and problem-solver, known for building scalable, data-driven businesses. A graduate of IIT Delhi, he has founded multiple ventures across ed-tech, IOT, digital marketing, real estate intelligence, ad-tech and dabbling now in Fin-tech

What You’ll Do
Strategic Execution & Project Ownership
- Take ownership of high-priority projects across marketing, finance, client operations, and internal growth initiatives.
- Break down complex problems, structure execution roadmaps, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Risk assessment & decision-making—identify challenges before they escalate and develop proactive solutions.
- Manage performance dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.
People & Operations Management
- Work closely with teams to ensure execution quality—delegating effectively while maintaining accountability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams deliver on commitments without micro-management.
- Performance tracking & feedback loops—monitor KPIs, assess work quality, and optimize internal processes.
- Handle internal culture & people operations, helping manage team dynamics and ensuring smooth workflows.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Review CRM, project management tools, and performance tracking systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Use digital tools & automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve execution speed.
- Ensure smooth invoicing, financial workflows, and budget adherence where required.
High-Stakes Decision-Making & Stability
- Work under pressure—be the stabilizing force when unexpected challenges arise.
- Compartmentalize and prioritize effectively, ensuring high-value tasks get the focus they need.
- Say ‘no’ when needed—filter and prioritize requests to ensure the founder’s time and company resources are utilized optimally.

Compensation & Qualifications
Salary Range: ₹10–24 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
Experience: 3–6 years in business operations, consulting, finance, or strategic execution roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing teams, driving execution, and overseeing high-impact projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, project management tools, and financial workflows.
- Comfort with data analytics, automation, and digital tools.
- Ability to communicate and delegate effectively at all levels.
