Your mission
We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new Sales Operations intern!
What does a Sales Operations intern do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day-to-day job:
- Work within SAP for order fulfillment/delivery process.
- Liaise with HQ (China), production, warehouse, project, sales team about lead time and logistics topics.
- Communication with customer on lead time, payment and delivery topics.
- Support invoicing subjects including account receivables.
- Support analyzing reports on shipment and forecast.
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
- Good communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and sense of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple.
- Fluent in both English and French (C1), Chinese speaking would be a big plus.
