Description
The role is responsible for maintaining the internal door database, sales reporting, and supporting the monthly estimate process by tracking audited sales. It requires partnering with the Account Management, Sales Operations, Planning, and Finance Teams. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker who can transform complex data into actionable insights and drive smarter business decisions.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
Reporting
Develop and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports with thoughtful commentary, providing clarity, not just numbers.
Compile, review, and input weekly audited sales
Compile and report retail audited sales results v PL, LE and LY incl. weekly and monthly
Maintain DTC audited weekly/daily sales files, develop estimates for monthly dailies
Monitor top-performing franchises, Weeks of Supply in Trade, Fill Rate, and new product launches to identify trends and opportunities.
Issue weekly mix of business reports to support account details
Reporting on inventory at the SKU level
Issue a monthly sales report to HR for bonus purposes
Provide customer service new & closed doors information
Data Maintenance
Maintain Field Door Alignment files
Take full responsibility and own Sales Operations databases
Compile high volumes of material data sets in Excel. Map, migrate, and validate data sets in the system.
Accountable for the integrity of all sales data in the database
Tracking of history of promotions, weather activity, and renovations
Ad Hoc
Develop standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes aimed at improving decision making and information access
Provide analysis requested by Sales Operations & Account Management teams

Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience in an analytical position
Educational background in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Strong Analytical and Business acumen
Ability to analyze and manipulate a large amount of data in Excel
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills
Pay Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
