About the Role
As a Junior Sales Ops Engineer, you'll play a critical role in accelerating our sales processes and generating new opportunities. Your responsibilities will range from developing intelligent web scrapers to managing Salesforce enhancements and creating outbound sales engines. You'll gain exposure to the entire sales pipeline, utilizing both technical and strategic skills to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI-powered web scrapers using Python and/or NodeJS to efficiently source and identify sales leads.
- Create, manage, and optimize Salesforce fields, reports, and dashboards to streamline sales operations and analytics.
- Build and manage outbound sales engines leveraging NodeJS to enhance lead management and outreach automation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Rapidly learn and apply new technologies, demonstrating continuous growth and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building multiple full-stack applications from end-to-end, demonstrating practical knowledge of modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with Python and/or NodeJS, with a strong willingness and capability to quickly deepen expertise.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (particularly Salesforce) or a strong desire to learn.
- Ambitious, quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
