RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is all about attracting and mobilizing the potent and positive force in wellness and social good. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to create immediate and long-term scalable programs with measurable benefits for practitioners, companies, and personal users.
This a doer role in the trenches, sleeves rolled up and figuring it out as we go. You will be a core and essential member of the Wholosophy leadership team.
- Strategic Program Development: Collaborate with the CEO to create horizontal programs aligned with industry trends, societal shifts, and opportunities for impact while building scalable measurable growth initiatives. Tailor the execution of the horizontal programs to be adapted to specific verticals.
- Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and drive a cohesive marketing strategy, including value propositions, messaging, branding, go-to-market (GTM) plans, and campaigns to build user acquisition and retention.
- Content, Social Media, and PR Management: Oversee content marketing, social media, influencer strategies, and public relations to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
- Brand & GTM Integrity: Ensure programs align with inspired societal values, and visionary guidelines while integrating industry best practices for continuous improvement and strong inspired brand authority.
- Data-Driven Growth and Market Insights: Leverage data and analytics to understand trends, inform decision-making, and identify growth opportunities, aligning metrics with business outcomes.
- Growth & Partnerships: Collaborate with our business development team to develop materials, collateral, and strategic execution guides that empower them to network, recruit, and engage external leaders, driving program membership and platform growth.
- Facilitation & Engagement: Lead high-level facilitation sessions for executives and large audiences on Wholosophy, ensuring meaningful, high impact experiences.
- Metrics & Decision Support: Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, set and monitor KPIs, and provide insights to support rapid decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
Program & Community Building: Proven experience in launching and growing online communities, businesses, or organizations from the ground up - leveraging marketing and productization to drive user engagement and growth.
Strategic & Systems Thinking: See patterns where others may not, focus on scalable, efficient, and high-impact programs while identifying opportunities at both macro and micro levels.
Communication & Presence: Sophisticated facilitation, compelling writing, and personal presence to engage high-profile individuals, executives and thought leaders in meaningful ways.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Detect challenges early, navigate resistance with a solution-oriented approach, and thrive in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
Business Acumen & Decision-Making: Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, ability to prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions based on trade-offs and ROI.

COMPENSATION
For the right candidate, this very senior position includes significant stock options with an opportunity for full-time or fractional paid employment from our launched round of investment. This position begins as stock options.
