Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with expertise in AI-driven products and a deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving product adoption, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales and product teams. The ideal candidate has experience in launching AI-powered solutions and positioning them effectively in highly competitive markets and should enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Landbase products, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Craft messaging and positioning frameworks that highlight the unique capabilities of the Landbase platform and GTM-1 Omni.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive product marketing approach.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify differentiators and trends in AI-driven GTM automation.
- Develop sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, case studies, product demos, and pitch decks tailored to various buyer personas.
- Own the product launch process, coordinating cross-team efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Create marketing campaigns that will drive demand and growth.
- Execute thought leadership initiatives, including content marketing, webinars, and industry events, to position Landbase as a market leader in AI-driven GTM solutions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, using data to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
- Deep familiarity with go-to-market tools and strategies for B2B.
- Proven track record of executing successful strategies for AI-powered products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation strategies.
- Design capabilities to support asset creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Background in AI or data analytics industries.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
