FTS Inc is partnering with a client in search for a new team member in thier Finance & Accounting department! We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial operations with a strong focus on cash management, liquidity planning, financial oversight, and risk management. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, optimize cash flow, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Cash Management & Liquidity Planning:
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial flexibility.
- Develop and implement cash forecasting models to optimize capital allocation.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to secure funding and maintain credit facilities.
- Monitor and enhance working capital strategies, including receivables, payables, and treasury functions.
Financial Oversight & Strategy:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support corporate objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on capital investments, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Develop and oversee risk management policies and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Lead audit processes, both internal and external, to safeguard company assets.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations and operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, including cash management and risk oversight.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, liquidity management, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
