Provide excellent customer service to assist Sales Directors with building/updating opportunities and quotes in Salesforce
Create quote forms for Numerator Promotions data sets as required
Monitor data integrity for key Salesforce objects (Bill To/Ship To)
Monitor data integrity across other objects based on pre-built exception reports
Work collaboratively with Sales Operations Associates and team members to guide the contracting process.
Assist Sales team in preparation for Client meetings and presentations
Monitor and assist in the contract approval process.
Ad hoc data hygiene projects ensuring CRM is updated and current

Internship dates: June 9th to August 8th, 2025
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting
Comfort within Excel preferred (i.e. VLookUps,, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, etc.)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Detail-Oriented
Client-centric mindset to support Sales and Clients
Display excellent communication skills and proven history of being a team-player
