Job Description

The Deal Desk Specialist will be crucial in optimizing our sales operations by managing deal processes, ensuring pricing accuracy, and facilitating order execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Deal Structuring: Manage and maintain the Pricing Calculator; assist Sales teams with deal calculations and approvals.
Deal Desk Operations: Support daily Deal Desk activities, including reviewing and approving deal structures ensuring alignment with company policies.
Quoting & Order Processing: Facilitate the Deal Desk Worksheet & Order Template, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
Salesforce Management: Oversee Deal Desk Request Forms and ensure accurate data entry within Salesforce (SFDC).
Deal Desk Huddles: Collaborate with AEs to review deal scenarios and provide strategic guidance.
Applitools SF Booking & Cloning Process: Manage the booking and cloning processes, ensuring all required fields are populated before closing a deal.
Invoicing & Documentation: Assist Finance in collecting past-due invoices and address invoicing-related concerns.
DocuSign Management: Ensure accurate processing and signing of order forms and agreements.
Onboarding & Training: Train new Sales team members on Deal Desk processes and booking policies.
File & Documentation Management: Maintain and share key worksheet folders with the Sales team.
AWS Order Creation & Booking: Handle AWS deal processes and ensure compliance as necessary.

7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, and order management.
Deep understanding of SaaS and booking policies.
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and experience with deal workflows.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines for a global business.
Experience with DocuSign, pricing calculators, and quoting tools is a plus.
