Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & CRM Optimization
- Ensure the sales team is aligned and working efficiently by tracking progress, assigning leads, and identifying priority opportunities.
- Optimize the use of our CRM tool stack (experience with Apollo.io should be highlighted), ensuring leads are properly categorized, prioritized, and assigned while improving data tracking and insights extraction.
- Regularly review and refine sales processes, ensuring a structured, repeatable approach to lead management and outreach.
- Maintain an organized and visible sales pipeline, making it easier for leadership to assess progress at a glance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), conversion rates, cost per SQL, and other key sales performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on which sales efforts are most effective and where improvements can be made.
- Develop and share regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas where additional resources or strategy shifts are needed.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Serve as a bridge between sales and marketing, ensuring timely follow-ups on marketing-generated leads.
- Work closely with marketing to identify content gaps, refine messaging, and enhance lead-generation efforts.
- Assist in coordinating industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to support brand awareness and pipeline development.
Customer Success Integration
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to gather insights from existing clients and integrate feedback into the sales strategy.
- Ensure successful deals inform future messaging, helping refine sales approaches based on real client experiences.
We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or revenue strategy, ideally in SaaS and commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with Apollo.io is preferred) and sales enablement tools.
- Proven ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics, including SQLs, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Experience aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact.
